Singapore Compliance (SFA & NParks)

  • Food Safety (SFA): Categorized as "Non-Specified Food". Buyers must have an SFA import license and comply with pesticide/heavy metal limits.
  • Plant Health (NParks): For whole cloves (HS 090710), a Phytosanitary Certificate from Indonesia is mandatory to mitigate plant disease risks.

India Compliance (FSSAI)

Upon arrival at Indian ports (e.g., Nhava Sheva or Chennai), FSSAI officers will conduct laboratory sampling. A No Objection Certificate (NOC) is required for customs clearance.
